Endometrium is non-secretory and hyperplastic, it is formed of slightly branching glands and lining by 2-3 layers of cells amid cellular stroma. No evidence of complex glandular pattern, atypia or malignancy. Some of these hyperplastic endometrial glands are seen embedded within superficial myometrium. Cervix show Napothian cysts, mild endocervicitis and squamous metaplasia. Both ovaries show corpora albicans and cystic follicles. Fallopian tubes are unremarkable.

Panhysterectomy specimen showing: uterus 10x6.5x4.5 cm with 2.3 cm thick wall. Endometrial thickness is 0.6 cm. Cervix is 3 cm long. Rt and Lt ovaries measured 2x1.5x1 cm, each, grossly unremarkable. Rt and Lt Fallopian tubes are 6 cm and 5 cm, respectively, both are grossly unremarkable.
