Lower lip and chin mass.
Three specimens were received:
1- Designated as wide local excision of basal cell carcinoma of lower lip and chin: Skin ellipse measuring 7.7x7.5x1 cm, showing an ulcerating mass measuring 6.2x5.9x0.5 cm, located 0.5 cm, 1.2 cm, 0.6 cm, 1 cm, and 0.5 cm from the superior, inferior, medial, lateral, and deep margins, respectively.
2- Designated as lymph nodes: fibrofatty tissue fragments collectively measured 3.5x3x1.3 cm, entangling 8 lymph nodes, the largest measured 1 cm.
3- Designated as bone fragments: multiple bone fragments collectively measured 1.7x1.3x0.5 cm, totally embedded.
