<p class="ql-align-justify">Immunohistochemical studies were performed using appropriate positive and negative controls. The findings are as follows:</p><ul><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>GFAP</strong>: Diffuse cytoplasmic positivity in tumor cells, consistent with glial differentiation.</li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>IDH1</strong>: Nuclear positivity in tumor cells, indicating IDH-mutant status.</li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Synaptophysin</strong>: Negative in tumor cells; background neuropil positivity is present.</li><li class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Ki-67</strong> (MIB-1): Low proliferative index, approximately 2–3%.</li></ul>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Referred paraffin block of Intra-axial left frontal lesion for immunohistochemical studies.</p>
