<p>Tumor cells show:</p><p>CD20 and LCA: Diffusely positive</p><p>CK, CD3, Synaptophysin and HMB45: Negative.</p><p>Ki-67 Labeled about 30% of tumor cells in hot spots.</p>
<p>Immunostaining of biopsy from rectal mass, previously diagnosed as malignant undifferentiated large round cell tumor.</p>
<p>Section immunostained for CD20, CD3, CK, Synaptophysin, HMB45, CD43 and Ki-67.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Rectal mass, biopsy, immunostaining:</u></em></strong></p><p><strong>Confirmatory of diffuse large B-Cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. </strong></p>
