Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Cellular malignant tumor formed of sheets of intermediate and large rounded malignant cells exhibiting moderate anaplasia and active mitosis. Foci of plasmacytoid features are noted. Plasma cell myeloma and large cell lymphoma are the main possibilities for such tumor. Marker study (CD20, CD3, CD138, CK, MUM-1, CD56, Ki-67) is needed to establish the definitive tumor type. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Lt D4-D5 intrathecal extramedullary spinal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 4x3.5x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Left D4-D5 intrathecal extramedullary spinal mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Undifferentiated malignant round cell tumor. </strong></li><li><strong>Recommended for typing by marker study. </strong></li></ul>
