<p class="ql-align-justify">Hemorrhagic curette showing fragmented polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Uterine polyp.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Bloody soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3.5x3x1 cm, totally embedded.</p>
