<p class="ql-align-justify">Received intact ovarian cyst measuring 6.5x5x4.8 cm, with smooth outer surface, filled with yellowish material and showing inner solid areas up to 0.7 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Right ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Papillary serous cystadenofibroma. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
