<p>Left renal mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Left radical nephrectomy consisted of a left kidney measuring 11x 6.5x5 cm, with an attached ureteric segment measuring 1 cm in length. Serial sectioning of the kidney revealed lower pole fairly defined solid mass measuring 5x5x4.5 cm, creamy color on cut section.</p>
