<p class="ql-align-justify">The larger cyst is ovarian cyst is lined by several layers of polygonal luteinized cells with focal interstitial hemorrhage into wall. The smaller one is fibrotic cyst wall showing partial lining by polygonal inner theca and outer granulosa cells with mild luteinization of these cells. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.</p>
<p>Bilateral ovarian cysts.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Two undesignated cysts were submitted measure 3.5 x 3 x 2.8 and 4 x 1.7 x 1 cm. The larger one contains hemorrhagic fluid and smaller one contains clear yellowish fluid. Both Have intact capsules.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Bilateral Ovarian cystectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hemorrhagic luteal cyst + Solitary follicular cyst. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
