<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragmented polypoid lesion formed of non-secretory hyperplastic endometrium, it is formed of branching glands exhibiting moderate cystic dilatation with focal crowdness. Glands are lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is compact with scattered thick walled blood vessels. No evidence of complex pattern, atypia or malignancy.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p>
<p>Endometrial polyp.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 1.5x1.2x0.7 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>D and C biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hyperplastic endometrial polyp. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
