Endometrium is non-secretory, it is formed of focally branching glands lined by 1-3 layers of cells. Stroma is cellular. No evidence of complex glandular pattern. Islands of these endometrial glands and stroma are seen entrapped deep within myometrium. Cervix shows mild ectocervicitis. Lt ovarian cyst shows fibrotic cyst wall showing lining by a single layer of non-mucigenic cells. Cyst wall is fibrotic with some flat projections into lumen of cyst. Both tubes are unremarkable. No evidence of atypia or malignancy.
