<p class="ql-align-justify">A benign meningeal tumor composed of proliferating meningothelial cells arranged in a whorly pattern with ill-defined cell borders with focal microcalcifications (psammoma bodies). No evidence of malignancy. This is a WHO grade I meningioma.</p>
<p>Left temporal lobe Extra-axial mass.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 9x6x3 cm, with the largest measuring 7x3.5x3 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Left Temporal lobe Extra-axial mass, excision biopsy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Meningothelial meningioma, WHO grade I.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
