<p class="ql-align-justify">Sections of cyst wall showing focal lining by stratified squamous epithelium with focal ulceration of lining and related mild inflammatory infiltration including foreign body giant cells. No evidence of other teratoid elements and no evidence of immature structures. No evidence of atypia or malignancy. </p>

<p class="ql-align-justify">Intact ovarian cyst measured 8x6.5x6 cm, showing smooth outer surface. Attached Fallobian tube measured 3.5 cm, long. The ovary is almost replaced by a cyst, filled with greasy material and hair.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Left oopherectomy: </u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Dermoid cyst,inflamed.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
