Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Nodular hyperplasia of prostatic glands and the fibromuscular stroma. Glands exhibit focal cystic change with epithelial infoldings. The normal lobular pattern is preserved and cytologic features are unremarkable. Stroma shows focal infiltration by lymphocytes and plasma cells. No evidence of malignancy. </p>
<p>Prostatectomy</p>
<p>Three rubbery fragments with the largest measuring 4.5x2.5x2 cm, showing multiple cysts, the largest measured 1 cm.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Prostatectomy:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Nodular adenofibromyomatous hyperplasia with associated chronic non-specific prostatitis.</strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
