Diagnosis
<p class="ql-align-justify">Fragments of degenerated and enlarged, edematous and avascular chorionic villi exhibiting cystic degeneration of their cores (cistern formation). There is evidence of trophoblastic hyperplasia with focal mild atypia but no evidence of malignancy. No evidence of fetal tissues. Follow up till normalization of Beta hCG is recommended. </p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Amenorrhea for 4 months. Suspected vesicular mole.</p>
<p class="ql-align-justify">Soft tissue fragments collectively measured 3x2.5x0.6 cm, totally embedded.</p>
<p><strong><em><u>Uterine contents, D & C:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hydatidiform mole, complete type. </strong></li><li><strong>Negative for malignancy. </strong></li></ul>
