This result aligns with the TIRADS III ultrasound classification mentioned in your earlier report, which also suggests a "probably benign" lesion.

COMMENTThe presence of a marked, lymphocyte-predominant pleural effusion is a nonspecific finding with a broad differential diagnosis. Clinical and radiologic correlation is essential to evaluate for infectious etiologies, most notably tuberculosis or viral pleuritis. Other primary diagnostic considerations include a reactive process secondary to underlying malignancy, primary lymphoid neoplasms (lymphoma), autoimmune or connective tissue disorders (such as rheumatoid arthritis or SLE), and chylothorax. Depending on the clinical suspicion, further evaluation with ancillary studies such as pleural fluid adenosine deaminase (ADA) levels, flow cytometry, or concurrent biochemical analysis is recommended to establish a definitive etiology.

Colonic polyp, endoscopic polypectomy:Hyperplastic polyp, inflamed. Negative for malignancy

Sigmoid colon, sessile polyp; excision:Intramucosal adenocarcinoma (Carcinoma in situ / pTis).Arising within a tubulovillous adenoma with high-grade dysplasia.Recommended for complete excision of the polyp to assess for concomitant invasive component. COMMENTBecause the colonic mucosa lacks lymphatic channels above the level of the muscularis mucosae, there is a negligible risk of regional lymph node metastasis. Complete endoscopic resection with clear margins is recommended to assess for more invasive component and it is generally considered curative.
